8 Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, nagon88 will aim to complete its review within 14 calendar days. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds. nagon88 will notify the account holder of the suspension by email to the registered address, though operational security requirements may limit the detail of information that can be shared during an active investigation.
